We request our all valued clients to read our terms of services before placing your order and help us to provide uninterrupted and undisputed services. We appreciate you for providing an opportunity to serve your needs.

Shipping policy:

After receiving the order PCS shall process, packed, and shipped your order, depending on the availability of the item, after the 24 hours, according to the selected and available mode of shipment. Please note that the shipping charges shall be extra and based on general or expedited services and as per weight or volume, and the shipping agency.

Order Cancellation Policy:

PCS has a hassle-free order cancellation policy. If in case of some unavoidable circumstances, if you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please do it within 24-hours’ time duration after placing your product order. No Order Cancellation or re-schedule fee shall be charged, as your courtesy shall enable us to fulfill the order of other needy Clients.

However, if any cancellation is done any time later than the 24 hours after placing the order, and if your order is already processed, packed, and ready for final shipment, but not shipped yet then the 25% fee of the total bill charges per order shall be deducted from the payment made as a processing and packing fees.

Considering the current conditions of coronavirus transmission and the contagious nature of COVID-19, for the safety of all other clients, please note and apologize PCS as it is unable to cancel your order or accept your product back and make any refund or replacement on behalf and no claim shall be entertained for any reasons.

After cancellation of your appointment please allow us 48-72 business hours to initiate the refund process. Any cancellation of any service before at least 24 hours of the scheduled service appointment, no cancellation fees shall be deducted. The refund shall be made in the same account, after due consideration of circumstances, holidays and business hours, applicable taxes, etc.
